Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully if you wish to return a product. If your request falls within our policy, we will be happy to assist you.
General Conditions

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 6 days of delivery.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change the product, you must initiate a return and then reorder the new variant.

Sale items, discounted products, or items bought using coupon codes are not eligible for return or exchange.

To cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

A valid reason must be provided for the return/exchange request.
Products Not Eligible

Items purchased on sale or with heavy discounts.

Accessories or add-ons that are not primary human hair extensions.

Products that have been coloured, cut, chemically treated, styled post-purchase, or damaged due to user handling.

Items purchased from third-party marketplaces or channels other than the official Rares Hair store.
Return Process
For Domestic Orders (India)

Log into your account or contact our support to initiate a return within 6 days of receiving the product. Send us your order details and reason for return.

Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection (must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging), store credit will be issued within 7–10 working days.
For International Orders

Email support with your order details and reason for return.

If approved, you must ship the product back to our Indian address at your cost.

Upon successful inspection, we will issue store credit to your email.
Important Instructions

The product must be in the same condition as delivered: unused, unwashed, unstyled, with all tags and packaging intact.

Please record an unboxing video or take clear photos at the time of delivery to support any damage or missing-item claims.

Write your order number and contact details clearly on the return package.

A handling fee may apply for all returns.
Refund & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All eligible returns will be converted into store credit, valid for future purchases.

Once store credit has been used, that purchase is not eligible for further return/exchange under this policy.
Sale / Promotional Orders

Orders placed during special sale events, promotions, or with heavy discounts are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
